Here's Molly and Lola, enjoying a fun day in the great outdoors! What dog wouldn't want to run in the open fields, swim in the pond, chase the birds and play fetch til their heart's content? How fun! TESTIMONIAL: "I love it, I just had to look again, its just adorable!" "Talent! Absolute freakin talent!"
Keegan's mom approached me with the idea to have a painting of her son and their dog, Chester together, as a Christmas gift for her son. (Chester was getting pretty old, and wasn't doing so well lately...) After I started into the painting, I got the sad new that Chester moved on to sunnier pastures. [...]
Rachel’s mom tells me she is a fun and friendly, happy-go-lucky free-spirited young lady who adores her dog, Chester. I think this quote, sums up the theme of this painting: “Whoever said diamonds are a girl's best friend, never owned a dog.” TESTIMONIAL: “I'm crying... How very special.”
Diane came to me with an old photograph of her grandparents place in St-Pierre-de-Wakefield, Quebec. As a child in the early 70's, Diane spent time with her grandparents here, and asked if I could help preserve her fond childhood memory in a painting. TESTIMONIAL "I love it Carmen! Thanks looks sooo good!!!" -Diane
For Chev, my fantastic Web Designer! This piece is my artistic rendition of an old b/w scan supplied to me by Chev...The original card Chev received from a friend was lost long ago, all she had was a scan of it...so I tried to recreate "Moonbather" for her. The subject matter is so mystical, and [...]
While snorkeling, Chev experiences a face-to-face encounter with this gentle giant...The other lovely lady in the boat is so engrossed in her book, she doesn't even notice...only their 2 puppies take note of this once in a lifetime experience! Enjoy! "OH MY F#$%ING GOD....There are no words! I love it, I just f@#$ing love [...]
I was asked to donate a painting for my hometown's Lion's Club Event for the Silent Auction table...What could be better than a painting depicting a local landmark or building?...Here you can see the Paramount Theatre neon sign and further along the old Queen's Hotel can be seen on the corner...It's gone now...time changes everything.
Want one? I have painted many funky sunflowers...It always makes me happy! This one was commissioned by a guy wanting to get his wife a unique one-of-a-kind birthday gift. She loved it! (Good job, Steve! Brownie points)
This is a painting of (my Mother-in-law) Shirley's childhood farm. She gave be some old aerial photographs of the farm and asked me to paint a whimsical version of it for her. She also asked me to paint another farm painting to have as a set. It's of (my Father-in-law) Gerry's family's property where his [...]
